New Hampshire Man Can't Stop Faking Brain Injuries to Get Caregivers to Change His Soiled Underwear
A 24-year-old man from Hooksett, New Hampshire, with a very distinct sexual perversion has been luring caregivers to his home under the guise of having a serious brain injury and needing someone to change his underwear.
Eric Carrier was arrested last year and charged with indecent exposure after a woman whom he hired to be his nurse became suspicious and complained to the authorities.
The unnamed woman was responding to an ad posted by Carrier on Craigslist in which he pretended to be his own father and claimed to be looking for a caregiver for his disabled son who was injured in a car accident.
Once inside the home, the nurse was persuaded to change Carrier's adult diaper, but once he exposed himself to her she became alarmed and left. Carrier later turned himself in after the police issued a warrant for his arrest.
At least five other women were similarly solicited by Carrier.
Carrier struck again last week, responding to an ad on Craigslist for a live-in caregiver while pretending her was a 22-year-old who had suffered a brain injury that rendered him unable to control his bowel movements.
When the two met in Hampton, Carrier asked the caregiver to change his "soiled under garment." The woman phoned police, who uncovered Carrier's past offenses.
If convicted in this latest charge, Carrier faces up to seven years behind bars.
