Wisc. Senate Candidate's Son Goes Birther: 'We Have the Opportunity to Send Obama Back to Kenya'
Here's a video of Jason Thompson, the son of former Wisconsin governor and current Republican candidate for senate Tommy Thompson, at the Kenosha County GOP brunch yesterday morning. What's that he's saying?
"'[W]e have the opportunity to send President Obama back to Chicago - or Kenya.'
A woman in attendance then chimed in 'we are taking donations for that Kenya trip.'
Haha, lady, Barack Obama is rich as hell and he and Bill Ayers don't need your money to get back to Kenya.
The Thompson campaign tells Buzzfeed "The Governor has addressed this with his son, just like any father would do. Jason Thompson said something he should not have, and he apologizes." We'll just note that it seems like Jason Thompson, who is an adult, also believes something he should not believe, and possibly his father should discuss that with him.
