Mitt Romney has made it clear that his tax plan will cost the government $5 trillion over the course of 10 years, but hasn't made it equally clear how he plans to pay for it.

His vague talk of offsetting costs with the elimination of tax breaks and loopholes hasn't exactly eased the minds of economists, most of whom find Romney's math unworkable (insofar as you can do the math on an incomplete plan).

A new website launched today by the DNC puts the whole thing into perspective by offering voters a chance to review the details of Romney's tax plan for themselves.

It's a gag, sure, but the comment is poignant and gets the point across: Saying you'll figure it out after the election shouldn't be good enough.
