Depending on how you feel about spoilers, this could be bad news or good: Last December, someone broke into Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston's car in Albuquerque, where the show is filmed, stealing the actor's bag containing an iPad and a copy of a Breaking Bad script from one of the show's final episodes.

At least, that's according to a criminal complaint filed in Bernalillo County; KOAT in New Mexico reports officials at Sony Television, which produces the show, have no record of a missing script.

According to the complaint, obtained by ABC news, a suspect was arrested after a confidential informant heard the suspect boasting about the crime.

The criminal complaint revealed how one of Cranston's employees, Taryn Feingold, was contacted by a confidential informant. The informant detailed to Feingold, and later the Sheriff's Office, about overhearing a man at a local bar bragging about how he broke into a vehicle in the Sandia Mountain Range. He then showed his friends at the bar "some type of laptop or iPad," the complaint read, while "describing how he also had a script from the ‘Breaking Bad' series."

The suspect, Xavier McAfee, 29, denied stealing the script or breaking into the car, though he did acknowledge the extra attention the script brought to the case.

"You know, there's a lot of attention on you because of this case?" [Action 7 reporter Lauren] Zakalik said.

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure I've noticed this by now," McAfee said.

McAfee was charged with one count of burglary and was released on bond on Monday. The missing script still hasn't been recovered.
