Ariana Grande's most festive fan was placed on psychiatric hold last week after he showed up at her record label headquarters in New York City wearing a Santa suit. Perhaps inspired by Ariana's new single "Santa Tell Me," 29-year-old Tim Normandin ignored warnings from cops and tried to meet the star.

Normandin was held for three days in a mental facility last week, but he's since been released, according to TMZ. It's unclear if Ariana will take out a restraining order against him.

Previously, Normandin sent Ariana a 42.5 pound pumpkin for Halloween, in addition to a bunch of Yankee candles, Kay jewelry, and dog and cat calendars. Cops warned him at his Lowell, Massachusetts home at the time to stop harassing Ariana.
