A West Hollywood gay bar made their displeasure at being canceled on by Ciara publicly known on Saturday by serving her with lawsuit papers in the middle of a concert.

The singer's rep released a statement Saturday, saying Ciara backed out of her scheduled June 7th appearance at The Factory because her contractual commitment to the 2013 L.A. Pride parade prevented it.

The rep claims the club was informed well in advance that Ciara would be unable to do the show, but kept promoting it anyway.

The Factory clearly disagrees with this version of events, because they sent a rep of their own — a process server — to Ciara's LA Pride performance to serve her with legal papers.

The entire exchange was caught on camera, and posted online for, um, legal reasons.

Ciara's reps have yet to respond to this latest salvo.
