Dog Helps Very Australian Man Propose to His Girlfriend
Sure, this video contains a cute black Lab named Spud helping his Australian owner John propose to John's Scottish girlfriend Sarah.
But it isn't really about the dog. And it isn't really about the proposal, either.
It's about how John proposes to Sarah by asking her "So what do ya reckon?," and then when she takes too long to respond follows it up with, "is that a yes or what, asshole?"
"I had a few good ideas going through my brain but she's got a broken ankle so all those plans sort of went out the window and I just thought I better get on with it," John later told 9News.
