Anthony Smith, 21, was arrested by Martin County, Fla. police last month after sheriff's deputies found him outside his home, naked and masturbating. He was just listening to his mother, apparently: Smith told police that she doesn't allow him to watch porn inside.

Two people shortly after 1 p.m. said they saw Smith standing in his yard. He had no clothes on and was masturbating.

When a sheriff's lieutenant pulled up, he noticed Smith "bending down naked in the driveway."

"The suspect then stood up and ran back to his home next door," the affidavit states.

He went inside and got dressed.

According to the arrest affidavit obtained by TCPalm, Smith told police he gets a "high" walking around outside naked, hoping someone might see him. Police charged Smith with exposure of sexual organs.
