Instagram Hashtag Breakup Makes Text Message Breakups Look Classy
Instagram's #TransformationTuesday is a hashtag where people share their before-and-after gym progress photos or post baby pictures alongside present-day selfies. And now it's also apparently a hashtag for breaking up in public.
In a move that has all the charm of ending a relationship via text message (read: exactly no charm) wrapped in a bonus layer of public humiliation, high school student @cjkarl11 "transformed" from having a girlfriend to not having one.
Bros love it, and he now has 11,000 followers on Instagram.
His ex-girlfriend loves it significantly less. While he's gloating about the breakup on Twitter, she's deleted her social media accounts.
