According to Megyn Kelly, we've all been ignoring the true victims in the Supreme Court's Hobby Lobby decision: the men of the Supreme Court.

Last night on the Kelly File, Kelly called out House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi for bullying poor Justice Alito & co. because of "gender." Here's what Pelosi said about the Hobby Lobby ruling on Thursday:

We should be afraid of this court, that five guys are determining which contraceptions are legal or not. It's not her boss's business.

And here's Kelly's take: "If Speaker John Boehner made a similar comment about the female Supreme Court justices, Nancy Pelosi would be crying sexism — and that's what she is guilty of here." So questioning female authority would be "crying sexism," but questioning male authority is actual sexism. Okay. Kelly explained, "The gender of the justices in the Hobby Lobby majority is totally irrelevant."

Fox News referred to this segment as "legal analysis."
