Springsteen Mocks Christie's Bridge Scandal With "Born to Run" Parody
Last night was perhaps a career low point for Chris Christie: During his appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Bruce Springsteen mocked the New Jersey governor's bridge scandal with a parody performance of "Born to Run."
Christie is, of course, obsessed with Springsteen. He's been to at least 130 of the Boss's concerts, and even cried after Springsteen hugged him.
So you know this line stung: "Man, I really gotta take a leak/But I can't/ Because I'm stuck in Governor Chris Christie's Fort Lee, New Jersey traffic jam."
And, for good measure, here's Springsteen answering the famous "Would you rather fight 100 duck-sized horses or one horse-sized duck?" question on Fallon.
