A shift supervisor at a Starbucks in Elmhurst, Queens reportedly quit her job this week after footage of her unhinged, cookie straw-related rant went viral, PIX11 reports.

In the video, the woman can be heard shouting “call the cops” and “get the fuck outta here” to multiple customers, apparently enraged over an unpaid for tubular dessert.

Customer Ruby Chen says she still doesn’t know what she did to upset the employee, whom she identified as “Melissa.” From the NY Daily News:

“And till now, I haven’t figured out which word aggravated her,” she wrote in her complaint to the coffee chain.

The worker allegedly accused Chen of stealing the straw and snatched away the price scanner when she tried to pay, the customer said. Then she unloaded on Chen, saying at one point she could leave with the treat and never come back.

“Really?! Call me stealing!” Chen said on Facebook. “I felt so bad for what happened.”

On Saturday, the company released a statement saying, “The employee was immediately suspended and no longer works for Starbucks,” leading many to believe she was fired. Melissa herself, however, tells PIX11 she quit.

“We do our very best to hire good people with good hearts,” the woman’s former manager told the station. “This is a good person who did a bad thing.”
