Wiz Khalifa apparently fell off a hoverboard and into some handcuffs with a little help from five LAX customs agents Sunday. “Stop resisting,” the scrum of officers warn the rapper, who, to his credit, does not appear to be resisting.

It’s unclear why Khalifa was initially stopped. He says it’s because he was riding his hoverboard—essentially a gold-plated Segway without handlebars—through the airport. The real trouble began, according to reports, when he declined a customs agent’s request to step off the board.

In one video clip, Khalifa can be seen trying to roll away, saying “You can’t do nothing, what do you wanna do, put me in jail because I won’t listen to what you say? You can’t do nothing.”

But apparently they could do something. It’s unclear exactly what happened next, but judging by the timestamps it took less than a minute for at least six officers to guide Khalifa off the board and onto the ground, where they pinned him down and repeatedly warned him to stop resisting.

He was not, according to reports, actually put under arrest. He tweeted the video out about an hour later, saying “They love saying stop resisting.”

LAX, for its part, said only generally that it was a matter of national security.

“All travelers arriving into the U.S. are subject to CBP inspection, and for their own safety and the safety of other passengers, must follow officers’ instructions while in the Federal Inspection Service area. CBP officers are conducting their critical national security mission while facilitating the entry of legitimate travelers. An uncompliant passenger or any disruptive behavior could put many at risk in this highly secure area.”

The airport tells CNN, “U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) strives to treat all travelers with respect and in a professional manner, while maintaining the focus of our mission to protect all citizens and visitors in the United States,” from—and I’m guessing here—terrorists, as well as hoverboard riders.
