Sydney Leathers, the 23-year-old former sexting partner of Anthony Weiner, has given her first on-screen interview to Inside Edition, in which she says she felt "manipulated" by the "perpetually horny" mayoral candidate better known as Carlos Danger.

According to Leathers, a blogger for the Indiana Progressive Liberals, Weiner told her that he loved her, even as he admitted to being a dirty old man.

“He actually said that about himself to me. The exact wording was, ‘He is an argumentative, perpetually horny middle aged man' And at the time I was like, 'Oh no you're not!'"

Girl, listen to your elders when they're trying to warn you (about themselves.)

Leathers tearfully apologized to Weiner's wife Huma Abedin and said she would like to tell Weiner: “Stop lying, stop embarrassing his wife, and get help.”

It "literally disgusts me," Leathers said of watching the Weiner's press conference apology:

“It makes me feel physically ill. I’ve barely been able to eat since all of this happened. I feel sick about it. I’m disgusted by him. He’s not who I thought he was.”

To be fair, Leathers expressed a slightly different sentiment in a Facebook post from 2011, when she said the former Congressman can “continue sending dick pics every single day for the rest of his life as long as he continues to legislate like he does."

Pressed to find an analogy to describe her current state of turmoil, Leathers looked to Netflix's streaming oeuvre:

“I feel like I’m in a real life ‘House of Cards’… He is the Frank Underwood of ‘House of Cards.’ I see Anthony as Frank Underwood, and myself as a Zoe.”

Just to be clear, no one's getting an Emmy nod for this embarassment, except maybe Huma Abedin.
