On Wednesday, prosecutors unveiled new charges against 19 of the 25 defendants indicted in connection with the Malheur wildlife refuge occupation. Some of those accused could face more than 20 years in prison if convicted on all charges and given the maximum sentence for each.

FBI agents investigating the scene of the Oregon wildlife reserve occupation this week found a trench full of “significant amounts of human feces” that was apparently left by Ammon Bundy’s band of antigovernment militants. According to a court filing reported by Reuters, the shit hole was either on top of or next to “grounds containing sensitive artifacts” of the Burns Paiute Native American Tribe.

Cliven Bundy was denied bail in Portland, Oregon, on Tuesday, the Guardian reports. He is charged with felony conspiracy to impede federal officers in connection with the 2014 at his Nevada ranch. “If he’s released and goes back to his ranch, that’s likely the last the court will see of him,” the judge said.

Cliven Bundy will travel to Oregon to demonstrate against Ammon and Ryan Bundy’s incarceration, OPB reports. Last week, Cliven urged those militia members still occupying the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge to stand their ground—thereby contradicting Ammon’s wishes.

On Thursday, the FBI released aerial footage of LaVoy Finicum’s shooting death on Tuesday. An airplane was following the joint FBI-Oregon State Police operation, during which Ammon Bundy and others were peacefully taken into custody.

Police say the shootout that killed Oregon militia spokesman Robert “LaVoy” Finicum began when he crashed into a roadblock and ended when he reached for his waistband.

The FBI is negotiating with the those still holed up inside Malheur Wildlife Refuge, OPB reports, after Ammon Bundy, through his lawyer, encouraged the remaining militants to go home. Bundy’s wife Lisa, however, in a now-deleted post on the “Bundy Ranch” Facebook page, apparently questioned the authenticity of her husband’s statement.

In the federal criminal complaint filed against Ammon Bundy and his crew, charging them with conspiracy to impede a federal officer by force, intimidation, or threats, anti-Muslim vlogger Jon Ritzheimer is accused of harassing an unnamed woman for wearing a Bureau of Land Management t-shirt.

Through his attorney, Ammon Bundy has asked those militants who remain at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge to “stand down” and go home.

In a statement, the FBI on Tuesday confirmed earlier reports that Ammon Bundy and several other armed militants were arrested north of Burns, Oregon, after a traffic stop north of Burns, Oregon, turned violent. One of the militants was killed. Six people were arrested.

On Monday, the Guardian reports, Oregon state police arrested a man who said he was on his way to the Malheur national wildlife refuge for driving under the influence of alcohol. Joseph Stetson, 54, was armed with a pellet gun and said he wanted to “help with killing federal agents.”

A video uploaded to Facebook on Wednesday appears to show the armed militants occupying the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge rummaging through a storage area, accusing the Bureau of Land Management of improperly storing artifacts belonging to the local, native Paiute tribe. “SHARE!” the video is captioned. “BREAKING UPDATE BURNS OREGON BLM LEFT NATIVE ARTIFACTS TO ROT IN MICE DROPPINGS!”
