• Nearly two years after they first put it on the market for $35 million, mortgage company founder Steven Schnall and his wife Sherri have found a buyer for their over-the-top 11,000-square-foot mansion at 2 North Moore Street. DJ AM's Death Ruled Accidental

DJ AM's overdose last month wasn't a suicide, according to the New York City Medical Examiner's office; it was accidental. The toxicology report indicates seven drugs were in his system at the time of his death, including cocaine, Levamisole (a drug often used to cut cocaine), oxycodone (otherwise known as OxyContin), hydrocodone, Ativan, Klonapin and Xanax. • Speculation over the cause of DJ AM's death last Friday continues. People's sources tell the magazine Goldstein had eight undigested OxyContin pills in his stomach (and a ninth in his mouth) when he died, pretty clear evidence it was a suicide. TMZ reported a few days ago that the overdose was accidental, and it's sticking by its version of events. [People, TMZ]
• In the meantime, Goldstein's ex-girlfriend, model Hayley Wood, is denying rumors that he took his life because he was distraught over their breakup. [Us]
