Maureen O'Connor · 03/21/11 06:05PMJames Franco tweeted—then deleted—a dig at Oscars joke writer Bruce Vilanch today. The tweet carried a link to James' WhoSay account, where he had posted an image responding to Villanch badmouthing him to New York magazine's Vulture blog. Anonymous' next target appears to be the hate-spewing Westboro Baptist Church. They may have met their match.
Media Restaurant Wars: Graydon Carter vs. Dan Abrams and Dave Zinczenko
Hamilton Nolan · 02/16/11 11:33AMIt was only a year ago that mini blog mogul Dan Abrams and Men's Health editor and serial plagiarist Dave Zinczenko signed on as investors in The Lion, a new downtown Manhattan "hot spot" that aspired to be the next Waverly Inn: a place where media people and minor celebrities go to hang out, and brag about it the next day. How's that going?

Hamilton Nolan · 02/15/11 02:19PMDonald Trump Has Made an Enemy of Ron Paul
Jim Newell · 02/14/11 12:39PMRepublican tribal god Rep. Ron Paul hit the television circuit this morning to celebrate his big straw poll win at this weekend's insane Conservative Political Action Conference. How does Paul feel now, knowing that Republican voters want him to be president, at least according to this straw poll for which he bused in hundreds of supporters? He's flattered as always. Such a humble man, that Doctor Congressman Ron Paul.
