TMZ says Los Angeles police officers now have a working theory on how 90's R&B star Charmayne Maxwell died in a freak accident last week.

Charmayne Maxwell, best known as a member of the Grammy-nominated 1990's R&B group Brownstone, was found dying this week in what cops are calling a bizarre, freak accident.
