Days after a judge ruled that the trial would be kept open, it was revealed that Cook handed over $300,000 to Diana Bianchi, the 20-year-old girl he cheated on Brinkley with, in exchange for a promise that she wouldn't sue him for sexual harassment or discuss the affair. Erstwhile supermodel Helena Christensen likes 'em young: After dalliances with Josh Hartnett and the late Heath Ledger, she's now hot and heavy with Interpol singer Paul Banks, who's ten years her junior. The two were papped sunbathing in Miami, which is the most attention Banks (who used to date Vice photographer Abbey Drucker) has had since Interpol was popular in 2003. [The Sun]

After using Maggie Gyllenhaal in last year's ads, British sexy underwear label Agent Provocateur are again looking at New Yorkers for this fall's campaign: Helena Christensen and Paz de la Huerta are in the running.
