I'm going with my gut here because I've seen a lot of fucked-up practices on TLC, but this clip of the cooking and eating of a potentially deadly Vietnamese centipede from last night's My Crazy Obsession is absolutely the most disgusting thing I've seen on the channel yet. It's worse than the woman who drank almost all of the urine that came of of her body. It's worse than the family that used (and reused) washcloths instead of toilet paper. It's worse than sketti.

It's the worst thing and it gets even worse when a stranger to the profiled bug-eating enthusiast, Dave, compares the taste of the centipede to a bad clam. They eat it like a shellfish. Whether there is meat in the legs is pondered but never confirmed. I think I got food poisoning from watching this. At least, it feels that way.
