"If lobster were priced like chicken, we might enjoy it less."
I already do enjoy it less than most. I don't get the big deal about it. Most restaurants cook it terribly and the ones that do it well cook just about everything well. Flavor-wise, it's just not as good as other seafood (or other meats, for that matter).
