A little more on Liza's victory: Botox receptacle David Gest had his lawsuit versus ex-wife Liza Minnelli thrown out yesterday, and really, all you need to know is this:

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Jane Solomon dismissed the lawsuit, ruling that David Gest's "severe, unrelenting" headaches were actually caused by a type of herpes.

Gest's lawyers claimed Liza knew she was crabby when they got married, but really, let's file that about halfway down the list of this couple's most severe problems. At least Gest can take comfort rolling around in his legendary collection of (presumably STD-free) Judy Garland Shirley Temple dolls.
