Dominick Dunne's Former Penthouse Goes Up for Sale
• Dominick Dunne's Connecticut estate was put up for sale in early October and has been reduced by more than $500,000 since then. (It's currently listed for $1.49 million.) Now the late Vanity Fair scribe's Manhattan apartment has hit the market. • Abigail Wexner, the wife of apparel billionaire Les Wexner, has sold a two-bedroom apartment at 910 Fifth Avenue for $2.4 million. The sixth-floor co-op first went on the market for $3.8 million back in 2007. [Cityfile]
• Barbara Gutmacher Girard is taking another shot at unloading her apartment at The Plaza. Girard bought the two-bedroom condo for $4.74 million in March and put it up for sale three months later for $6.95 million, before pulling it off the market in September.
