The Situation, Snooki, and DJ Paulie Dialogue took time out from Jersey Shore's global domination to make a video. The fiction is just as good as the real thing, but the beast has awoken. Updated.

We're not going to give away the joke of this Funny or Die video, but it is evident that these three now realize that they are caricatures being exploited for the entertainment of the masses. In under four minutes, we see them accept this role gladly and trudge ahead into the world, with their rippled abs, spiked hair, and orange fake tans to be the modern court jesters that MTV has prescribed them to be. But be careful, now that the creatures from this awesome sociological experiment have become self-aware, they will be impossible to stop. It's like when the dinosaurs get loose at the end of Jurassic Park, ransacking the world that created them, and we are just Jeff Goldblum, laughing aimlessly while being ravaged.

In other, not-afraid-to-be-servicey news, DJ Paulie Dippity-Do shows the New York Daily News just how to get his patented "blow-out." This is going to come very handy come Halloween time.

The show is also getting close to something approaching legitimacy, as the AP does a piece about the real town of Seaside Heights. Of course people in the town aren't too fond of the show or the new visitors, who are going to the bar where Snooki was attacked to reenact the infamous Snooki punch. That said, the bar where the attack occurred also hosts a weekly viewing party for the show, so they can't hate it all that much.

The Princess of Poughkeepsie herself loves the attention. According to her Twitter she's at a photo shoot today with Teresa Giudice, the infamous table flipper from The Real Housewives of New Jersey. It is official, they are now a self-realized phenomenon. While that's going to kill the inevitable second season of the show, we couldn't be happier.
