Writer with Submachine Gun Lives Out Every Reporter's Fantasy
Ever feel like hurling an uncooperative laptop across the room? Then you can imagine how Forbes' Brian Caulfield felt when his notebook crashed during a Steve Jobs keynote. And why the computer's vengeful owner took it to a gun range.
Apple CEO Jobs would have appreciated Caulfield's decisive action at the Las Vegas Gun Range and Firearms Center, if only because it was a Windows machine on the unhappy end of the firing line. (In fairness, we should note that rapper Ice-T brought down similar revenge on his problematic MacBook.) And tech hacks will admire how, amid the relentless drudgery of the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas, Caulfield managed to not only get hands-on with a machine gun, but also scored an interview with porn star Sasha Grey. Talk about gainful employment.
