KFC's newest assault on the cardiovascular health of America first gained internet-legend status back in August, when it was test-marketed in Rhode Island and Nebraska and reviewed by FoodGeekery ("like a party in my mouth.") After suffering through months of uncertainty, fried-food aficiondos have been rewarded: The "Double Down" will be available on April 12, and the chain has a helpful countdown timer to get you really psyched up for this:

But surely KFC can do more. Now that they've replaced bread with fried chicken, what other menu options can be "enhanced"? We have some suggestions:
