From a Craigslist roommate ad originating from a Department of Defense researcher: "On our bathroom door is a checklist. I like to keep a record of my bowel movements and I expect you to do the same." Wait—really?

Is this guy serious? I emailed to ask:

Do you really require your roommates to record their bowel movements? And, why? I'm a reporter for Gawker.com, and am curious.

Hi Maureen,

Yes I am serious. I really don't want to discuss it with the gawker.com audience though. Have a good day.

Good for him! What the DoD needs most is an efficient way to get rid of the crap that's been building up since the Bush Administration. All for the all-American bowel cleanse, say 'Aye.' [Craigslist via Wonkette, image via Elnur/Shutterstock]
