According to a poll by Playboy, roughly a quarter of Americans say they have been photographed or filmed nude. Contrary to the vast majority of anti-sexting PSAs, men apparently do it more often:

The survey discovered that 27% of men and 23% of women have been photographed or filmed nude—with 15% of men and 9% of women saying they've filmed themselves having sex.

Another 16% of adults say they have used their cell phone for "sexting"—sending erotic messages or photos to a love.

Though small, the amateur nudie gender gap appears to be both consistent and real. I blame Manhunt. Or James Franco. Or self-reporting biases. Or flawed methodology. Or something boys and gadgetry? [NYDN, image via GuysWithiPhones.com]
