Meanwhile, in Australia, an ultralight plane has flown—quite literally—into a ferris wheel, requiring the rescue of four people—the plane's two passengers and two kids who were on the ride. No one was hurt, except for anyone who might have been wanting to go on the ferris wheel and now will not be able to do so.

It's still unclear at this point why, exactly, the plane (a Cheetah S200) flew into the ferris wheel, but we think that two passengers in the accompanying photograph are bearing the proper facial expressions to best communicate all of the emotions one might be feeling after flying an ultralight plane into a ferris wheel. The children seem rather less than thrilled.

The fair in question, we are told, "is famous for attracting Kombi vans," or VW Buses.
