An earthquake registering 7.9 on the Richter scale struck outside of Acapulco, Mexico, and was felt throughout nearby Mexico City. The epicenter is also not far from Oaxaca, where Malia Obama is allegedly spring breaking.

News of Malia's visit to Oaxaca, along with 12 friends and an army of 25 body guards in tow, was virtually washed from the Internet yesterday after the White House requested that all articles be taken down.

Fortunately, man of few words and Mexico City Mayor Marcello Ebrard quickly tweeted, "We have an earthquake." Gotcha, confirmed. But where is Malia, Mayor? We hope she- and everyone else involved- are alright. DM us when you know.
