What looked like another mass shooting turned out to be a disgruntled employee with a single target — plus nine innocent bystanders shot by police officers.

Today, one of the victims shot by the NYPD is alleging that police were "shooting randomly" into the street.

Robert Asika, who was shot in the elbow, personally saw two other bystanders shot by the NYPD.

If you're gonna aim try and aim perfectly. If you wanna aim at the target, you got to know what you're doing because it's the street. I could have been dead right now. I could have been dead.

Police discharged a total of 14 rounds before taking down the gunman, Jeffrey Johnson. Four women and five men were hit by bullets and treated at local hospitals — none of them had life-threatening injuries.

But even though he has physically recovered, Asika remains traumatized by his experience.

As soon as the bullet hit me, I felt like I didn't feel it. But then as soon as I tried to get up, I couldn't get up. I looked there and the blood was gushing out. I was crawling, trying to get across the street, to the safe side of the street. I got across the street and I just fell at the bus stop and I was laying there and I couldn't get up no more. I was so tired, I was so scared. I've never been scared like that in my whole life.

He also says that he has not received an apology from the NYPD, although Mayor Bloomberg did visit him in the hospital.
