Woman Sues Kris Humphries for Allegedly Giving Her Herpes
The brief Mr. Kim Kardashian Kris Humphries is being sued by a woman who claims he gave her herpes.
And lest you start drawing conclusions, the passing of the herpes baton occurred in 2010, before Humphries and Kim Kardashian were a thing.
Kayla Goldberg says she met Humphries at the Newsroom Cafe, where they exchanged numbers. They later reconnected at a club on the Sunset Strip, and heavy petting on the dance floor led to a night of passion in Humphries' hotel room.
But the lovemaking, some of which occurred without a condom, had serious consequences.
Kayla says a week later she was diagnosed with herpes. Her symptoms included a sore throat, fever, body aches and immobilizing pain, as well as extreme vaginal irritation and painful lesions on her genitalia.
According to Goldberg, Humphries knew that he had herpes and did not disclose his condition. She's suing for sexual battery.
For Humphries' sake, let's hope this claim is bogus. It would be pretty awful if a 72-day marriage to Kim Kardashian was only your second most-embarrassing claim to fame.
