Palace Confirms Prince William and Kate Middleton Are Having a Baby
Buckingham Palace has confirmed our friends Bill and Kathy are having their first child, according to the AP. Here's the statement:
"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby. The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry and members of both families are delighted with the news."
The Palace also reported that Kate was admitted to the hospital today with "hyperemesis gravidarum," which is what they call regular old morning sickness when you are a princess.
"As the pregnancy is in its very early stages, Her Royal Highness is expected to stay in hospital for several days and will require a period of rest thereafter."
In other words, #CONFIRMED that Kate Middleton was throwing up all over herself today. What kind of example are you setting for your baby, Kate Middleton? Party mom. Yikes.
The announcement is wonderful news for people who have been predicting it every day since the couple began dating in 2002.
