PAWS Chicago is a no-kill organization that runs a pet adoption center and a spay/neuter clinic and apparently also dabbles in print journalism/pet propaganda.
Corgan himself is a big fan of the org/brand/mag: he raised $60,000 for them last year by auctioning off a private concert. And he's holding the two cats he adopted from PAWS, Sammi and Mr. Thom, on the cover.
