Actress Summer Phoenix, the sister of Joaquin and the late River Phoenix, is 31. Former CIA director Porter Goss is 71. • One month after he unloaded his Greenwich mansion for $18.7 million, former Goldman Sachs partner Donald Opatrny has shed himself of his apartment at 15 Central Park West, too. The 35th floor, three-bedroom condo, which Opatrny purchased for $11.6 million in January 2008 and listed for $26 million in June 2009, sold for $21.5 million to an unidentified buyer. [Real Deal]
