Judith Sheindlin, better known as "Judge Judy," has settled on new digs in Manhattan: She's paid $6.75 million for a two-bedroom co-op at the Sherry Netherland on Fifth Avenue. The no-nonsense ex-judge scored herself a discount, too. The 3,150-square-foot, 11th-floor apartment, which comes with a separate 150-square-foot maid's room on the building's sixth-floor, had been listed for $7.999 million. [Cityfile]
• It's been more than a year since Brooke Astor's Westchester estate, Holly Hill, first went on the market for $12.9 million. Now the price of property has been cut by more than $2 million. Tory Burch Lists Southampton Spread

• Just four months after she won approval to tear down her Southampton home and build something bigger and better in its place, Tory Burch has put the Meadow Lane property on the market for $17.9 million. Kiefer Sells Village Pad; Madonna Snags Horse Farm?

• It's been more than a year since Kiefer Sutherland picked up a five-story townhouse on Greenwich Street for $8.25 million. Now he's managed to sell his old apartment and turn a profit in the process. Sutherland bought the two-bedroom pad at 134 West 10th Street—which comes with private roof and terrace—for $3.15 million in 2006. Gisele Funds a Buyer for Village Townhouse

Gisele Bundchen has two reasons to be happy today. Not only did she just have a baby, but less than a month after she closed on the sale of her West 11th Street penthouse, she's managed to find a buyer for her townhouse at 42 Barrow Street, too. The 5,000-square-foot home, which Bundchen bought for $5.8 million in 2005, had been listed for $13.95 million since September. [Cityfile, PDE]

Dominick Dunne's Former Penthouse Goes Up for Sale

Dominick Dunne's Connecticut estate was put up for sale in early October and has been reduced by more than $500,000 since then. (It's currently listed for $1.49 million.) Now the late Vanity Fair scribe's Manhattan apartment has hit the market. • The penthouse duplex at 1020 Fifth has undergone a $5 million price cut. The three-bedroom pad on the 41st-floor, which Ziff bought for $5 million in 2001 and first listed for $13 million in July 2008, had been on the market most recently for $11.5 million. • Louis Cappelli, the rather colorful real estate developer who's been called "the Donald Trump of Westchester," has found a buyer for the 13-room duplex at 515 Park Avenue he owns with his second wife, bit actress Kylie Travis. The 6,500-square-foot, six-bedroom spread on the building's 27th and 28th floors, which the couple bought for $15 million in 2002, was listed for $29.5 million when it went into contract last week. • Fortress Investment Group co-founder—and former billionaire—Randal Nardone has dropped the price of his condo at 240 Riverside Boulevard for the second time since he put it on the market for $11.75 million in February. Hedge Funder Sells at the Park Laurel

• Hedge funder Steve Stuart, who left Fortress Investment Group in 2007 to found his own firm, has finally found a buyer for his 35th floor apartment at the Park Laurel on West 63rd Street. The four-bedroom condo, which Stuart bought for $5.4 million in 2004 and put on the market for $10.8 million in October 2008, sold this week to an unidentified buyer for $7.4 million. • Prolific real estate investor Michael Hirtenstein is the mystery buyer who has agreed to purchase financier Armon Bar-Tur's townhouse at 92 Charles Street. Hirtenstein picked up the four-bedroom home, which was most recently listed for $14.95 million, for "about $13.5 million." [NYP]
