Taylor Swift Gets New Kitten, Watches a Lot of Law and Order: SVU
Taylor Swift, the single girl who's just like you (except impossibly photogenic and a multimillionaire), has a new kitten. She named the cat Olivia Benson after her best friend, a fictional sex crimes detective from Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.
"I sit in my apartment and watch hours of that show," Tay said in 2011, "So I sort of feel like me and Olivia are BFFs."
Olivia Benson's partner in (what we can only assume Taylor is referring to as) the Special Kittens Unit will be Meredith Grey, a Scottish Fold named after the singer's former BFF, a fictional doctor from Seattle.
Previously on Law and Order: Taylor Swift, Taylor had covered her phone in cats because she missed her roommate.
