• Alexis Stewart is hoping the third time is the charm when it comes to unloading her apartment at 27 North Moore Street. The 3,884-square-foot duplex penthouse loft, which Stewart tried to sell for $12.4 million in both 2007 and 2008, was taken off the market most recently this past July. But now the apartment is back—and it's sporting a higher price tag, too. The loft is currently listed for $12.95 million with Prudential Douglas Elliman's Dolly Lenz. [Cityfile, PDE]
• Jude Law is renting a three-bedroom apartment at the Novare on West 4th Street. What he's paying for the rental isn't clear, but the 3,500-square-foot apartment is up for sale for $7.8 million if you're interested. [NYP, BHS]

George Fertitta, the ad exec who heads up the city's tourism operation, NYC & Co., has traded in his Hamptons home to move to a smaller home nearby. Fertitta and his wife Naomi recently sold their Bridgehampton property for $10 million and paid $4.365 million for a place in East Hampton. [Newsday]
• A five-story townhouse at 65 Irving Place that was used as a showroom and part-time home for antiques dealer Keith Skeel is back on the market. Three years after it failed to find a buyer with an $18.5 million price tag, the 7,200-square-foot manse is now listed for $12 million. [NYP, Corcoran]
• Paul Stallings, the owner of the Hotel on Rivington, has put his eight-bedroom home in Oyster Bay Cove on the market. The Colonial-style house, which reportedly includes a kitchen designed by Miss Martha herself, is listed for $3.95 million. [Newsday, Sotheby's]
