After ditching his jockey, jump-racing horse Banna Strand proved to be a little too good at leaping over tall barriers when he leaped over an 8-foot fence and landed in a crowd of spectators at the Warrnambool May Racing Carnival in Victoria, Australia.

After breaking a 2-year-old's collarbone and injuring several others, the Standard reports that Banna Strand bolted out of the crowd, into an elementary school playground, and through several nearby backyards. In one yard, a resident was coincidentally playing the song "Running on Empty" when the 7-year-old gelding raced through. [Early Show, NYDN, Standard]
