A Fox affiliate in Atlanta plans to run a story tonight about a woman claiming she had a 13-year affair with Herman Cain. How do did we learn about this? Herman Cain just popped up on CNN to warn us. A hot scoop for Herman Cain!

You can watch the local news promo on the Fox reporter's Facebook page. The story will air at 6 p.m., in Atlanta. Dale Russell, the reporter, says that "Cain denies an affair, but not a relationship." Huh?

Back on CNN, Cain tells his friend Wolf "Blitz" Blitzer it's not true that they had a 13-year affair. He knows her as an "acquaintance" whom he thought was a "friend." Otherwise, he won't get specific until he sees the news report, even though he's already received an outline of the charges.

Interestingly, this statement from Cain's lawyer, Lin Wood, does not deny any affair. Yikes.

This is so three weeks ago.
