The Sequoia Middle School Newsletter Sure Was Racist Last Week
Dunno, maybe it was just me, but did you guys notice something a little... I don't know... off, about Sequoia Middle School's latest newsletter?
The school's newsletter normally includes announcements, tidbits about current events and an occasional cartoon. Friday's carried a Peanuts-style cartoon depicting a black character with a noose around his neck and the words "White Pride" scrawled overhead.
Oh it was actually a careless mistake by a secretary, bad proofreading. No harm no foul. For a minute there I was like, is this Sequoia Middle School or David Duke Lynching KKK Reconstruction White Citizens Council Jim Crow Laws Confederate Army Apartheid Racial Violence Middle School?! But it was the former.
