The unnamed fellow, photographed in jeans and a t-shirt, promised on his sign that the idea would net $10 million a year for his investor (he only wants one). So a Dealbreaker reader called him up and heard him out. The secret plan: An iPhone app to help people sell their New York City parking spots.
